Check-in time is 3pm. And check-out time is 11am.

Enter your unique code onto the digital keypad on the door (not the lockbox next to it. Common mistake)

Wait for the a few seconds until you hear a chime and then open the door.

Once inside you can manually lock the door.

Before leaving at 11am on checkout date, 

*please make sure to put all dishes, glass ware, cookware, utensils and dish drying rack in the dishwasher and press start. Instructions below.

*remember to sign out of any streaming channels (Netflix, Hulu, etc) that you may have signed in to.

*If you used POOL TOWELS, the cleaners would consider it a personal favor if you put those in the wash and started it. They take the longest and the cleaner is nice AF.

*double check for your belongings.

*turn off all lights. 

*please take the trash out to the trash bins located in the parking lot of the complex. If you forget the trash, the cleaner will end up charging extra if they have to do it.

SNAPPLE FACT: most rentals in Big Bear make you drive your trash to a dump site, as large portions of Big Bear do not have residential trash pick up. So we feel pretty grateful to be one of the only complexes with an onsite trash unloading area.
