Once inside the condo, feel free to log on to our internet.

Smart TV
To work the television, grab the remote and press the power button.
Once on, press the 'home' button with the symbol of a small house.
This will take you to the Smart TV apps. You can watch cable through the YouTubeTV app, or sign into your own Netflix, Prime VIdeo, Hulu or Disney+ accounts.
Pool / Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is open year round, but the pool is only heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The key is located in the 3rd drawer by the Kuerig. Please replace after use.
Hours are 10am to 10pm. No glassware allowed, and please keep the noise to a minimum.
Fireplace (gas only)
To turn the fireplace on, you will need to use the gas key and a lighter. Please refer to the house manual to see where they are located. Please be careful anytime you are playing with fire!
To START the fireplace, insert the key and turn the key to the left to start the gas flow Usually about half way. Then ignite lighter underneath the logs. You can turn the key all the way to the left to turn up the fire.
Make sure to TURN OFF the fireplace by turning the key all the way to the right until is stops. And the fire stops. Sweet success!

Echo Show 5 / Ring Camera
There are so many things you can do with the Echo Show 5! Listen to music, use as a Bluetooth, get recipes, and more.
But the main reason we put it in the condo for you is so that you can have access to the Ring Doorbell video camera out front. If someone knocks on the door or rings the bell, we want you to know who it is before opening up. Just say: "Alexa, show me the front door"
Another favorite of mine is: "Alexa, tell me I'm awesome"
There is a small camera on the upper left of the camera. There is a switch on top to make sure it is covered. If it is uncovered, someone was using it for a video call. Feel free to close it.
Brooms & Mops
Most cleaning supplies you will need are under the counter. But if you want a broom or mop, open the hall closet door. The HVAC system is here, but the brooms are hanging on the door inside.
Ski / Snowboard Rack
Low tech, we know. But does a great job!
On the patio off the dining table, you will find these balcony holders. Please place equipment there. They will be safe and secure, as no one else has access but you!
Keurig
We supply each guest with a handful of pods. But if you are a big coffee drinker, you may want to think about bringing your favorite pods up with you so there is a plentiful amount.
The old Keurig broke. I had to buy a new one. Upgrade!!

Grab the water thingamabob on the side closest to the electric outlet.
I know, smart.
Bring it to the sink and fill with water, you know, to avoid the potentially life threatening hazard of pouring water on the electric socket.
Replace the water thingy and lift the top to add the pod. Close slowly and then press the button that corresponds to the size of the cup you are using.
The buttons are located on the side that is hardest to reach. Of course. Now clean your mess and enjoy your coffee.
Power Outages!
You in the mountains, Homie! Power outages are a part of life. Usually out for a few hours at most. There are some lanterns above the microwave, and each bathroom has a mounted flashlight that will automatically light up incase of an outage. You can unplug the flashlight and use it as you wish. Should last a few hours. Please make sure to replace when done or you may be charged for them if our cleaners can't find them. Also, the lamp next to the sofa holds a charge. You can walk around with it as a lantern as well if you need. Again, please plug back in and replace.
Extra Blankets & Towels
Can be found in the 2nd bedroom closet.
There are also suitcase racks in the each bedroom closet.
Washer and Dryer
You do not have to do laundry for your towels and sheets as a part of your stay. But if you do want to do a load of dirty clothes or something, feel free! The washer/dryer is in the hall closet closest to bedroom 1.
If you find that there is a load of sheets in the dryer when you go to use it, no worries. It means the cleaner had other properties to take care of and couldn't wait around for the dryer to finish. Just go ahead and move the sheets out of the dryer and place them anywhere that is convenient for you. Please let us know where you moved them and we will let the cleaner know where they are. Thanks!
