*No Parties

Our condo community is tight-knit and upholds an expectation of peace and privacy. We require that our guests maintain this atmosphere by not hosting parties that could disturb others.

We've had some people test this rule recently, and as soon as the neighbors complained, we had to have someone remove the guests. Please don't be that person!!

*No Smoking 

Of any kind! Fire is dangerous in the mountains, all year long. If you must vape, please do so on one of the patios.

*Please do not wear shoes inside

Like, seriously, you may have just stepped in bear poop in the parking lot. We are trying to keep the place as clean and sanitary as possible.

*You must adhere to our maximum amount of guests. 

Big Bear Lake has strict laws about how many people can stay per square foot. We are a maximum of 4 people, and code enforcement could fine you a thousand dollars for going over that amount. Seriously, it's happened.

*Communication

We hope you have a great time, and feel free to contact us for any reason. If something breaks or you find something broken, please let us know about that as well so we can get it fixed. All of our contact info is in the Home Manual inside the condo.
